1. Trashion Show
This was a group project done by me, Cole, Liz, Lucy, and Ash. For the Trashion show, we wanted to theme it off of Wall-E, which is why we used a lot of machine motifs and added elements like the cockroach,the Do Not Feed sign and the goggles. To call back to the movie's main plot surrounding a plant, we added a bunch of nature elements (moss/flowers) to contrast the rest of the design.

I went into this project knowing how to bead bracelets and things of that nature, but I had no prior expertise on using it for embroidery. I learnt it through watching a lot of videos of people beading on Pinterest and observing what they did. After that, I did a lot of experimentation, such as finding ways to attach the flowers onto the neckline, and messing around with the sleeve pattern.
